Thursday, 19 o'clock:
Isabel P. booked on her name an Astra Caravan from 15 to 18 o'clock for the bulk purchase on Friday afternoon.
Friday 14 o'clock:
Isabel P. unexpectedly gets an additional task at her job, which she has to complete until 17 o'clock. She calls her husband Richard and asks him to do the purchase alone because also Richard has got a cambioCard with the same customer number.
Friday 15:20:
Richard P. is already late. He holds his cambioCard before the intelligent locker. The display announces: "you did not reserve a car". Richard almost gets annoyed but then remembers: "press key >B< to call the reservation service". Here he gets informed that the car was reserved on Isabel?s name, but that he has the right to take over the reservation on his name. That?s what Richard does and ... there he goes.
Friday 17:32:
In the meantime Isabel P. has returned home and helps her husband with the discharge of the estate car. As a compensation for being forced to do the shopping alone, she offers Richard to drive the car back to its location. Richard accepts thankfully.
Friday 17:48:
Isabel P. arrives on time at the CarSharing location and holds her smart-card before the locker in order to return her car key. The display however announces: "you did not reserve a car". Isabel P. remembers the article about the reservation-check in the last cambioJournal, calls the reservation service to take over the reservation again and she knows: now the only person who could snatch away this car, is Richard... oy
