Those who drive a lot receive a bill every month. Otherwise every three months.
This means: if your billing sum is more than 50 Euro a separate bill will be sent to you. If the sum is below 50 Euro the bill will be forwarded every quarter.
All billing items will be listed separately: rides, basic fees and other services and reimbursements.
Eight days after the billing date the sum will be debited from the customer's account.
If a billing error occurred please call your local office within six weeks after billing date.
Respective amounts will be reimbursed on the next bill. Separate billing or reimbursement on demand.
